Thomas has raised and bred Chihuahuas most of his life.  He presently lives with a female Chihuahua named Chilli Dawg and has belonged to various Chihuahua clubs over the years.   He would like to take this knowledge and passion of dogs with him to the Park Board and install many more Bark Parks for Vancouver's dog owners, 

 

Vancouver has some 30 off lease areas, Calgary by contrast has over 220 !!!!
